Coordinated Care has a commitment to improving the health of the community one individual at a time through affordable and reliable health care plans. CCW treats the whole person by breaking down barriers to accessing care, walking members through their benefits and connecting them to what they need.
In 2020, CCW continued their partnerships with Washington Clubs by sponsoring Healthy Lifestyles: Triple Play as well as a Medicaid Membership Reimbursement.
Medicaid Membership Reimbursement
Coordinate Care of WA members are provided free annual BGC memberships by going to their local Clubs and identifying themselves as CCW members. The annual membership includes after-school activities, including healthy lifestyles program, mentoring and homework assistance..
